Terms of Service

Welcome to Virus Cards MLBB ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"). By accessing or using our Discord bot, website, or any related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

By using the Service — including typing %start in our Discord bot or creating an account on our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. This creates a legally binding agreement between you and Virus Cards MLBB. If you are under 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your country), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Virus Cards MLBB is a fan-made, non-commercial, gacha-style card collection and trading simulator based on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). The Service includes a Discord bot for card rolling, trading, and profile management, as well as a web dashboard for gallery browsing, account management, and administrative tools.

Disclaimer: This project is a fan creation. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moonton or Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. All character names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Service.
• You are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
• Your use of the Service complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may access certain features via Discord OAuth2 authentication. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and any credentials used to access the Service.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automation & Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, or any form of automation to interact with the Discord bot, website, or API.
• Abuse of Mechanics: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or design flaws in the roll system, economy, voting system, or any game mechanic.
• Cheating & Manipulation: Tampering with API requests, modifying client-side code, intercepting data, or any form of packet manipulation.
• Harassment & Toxic Behavior: Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other players, administrators, or staff members through any channel.
• Spam & Disruption: Spamming commands, sending excessive requests, or intentionally disrupting the Service for others.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, trading, or exchanging virtual items (cards, diamonds, etc.) for real currency, goods, or services outside of official mechanisms.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or deletion of all associated data without compensation.

All virtual items within Virus Cards MLBB — including but not limited to cards, diamonds (💎), VIP subscriptions, rolls, and gacha pulls — are:

• Purely virtual and intended for entertainment purposes only.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable (except through official in-game trading), and non-redeemable for any sum of real money or monetary value.
• Subject to change, modification, or removal at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or delete virtual item balances at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to bug fixes, balance adjustments, or policy enforcement.

VIP subscriptions provide access to premium features as described on the Premium Shop page. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal). We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Subscription benefits (bonus rolls, VIP badges, etc.) are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.

The Service integrates with Top.gg for bot voting. Voting is subject to Top.gg's own terms and policies. Attempts to manipulate, automate, or abuse the voting system may result in account suspension from both Virus Cards MLBB and Top.gg.

Users may submit card art or images through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the submitted content within the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or reject any submission at our discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
• We may delete your account, inventory, and associated data without liability.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRUS CARDS MLBB, ITS DEVELOPERS, ADMINISTRATORS, OR HOSTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• The use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any downtime, data loss, or service interruption.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virus Cards MLBB, its developers, administrators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

The Service and its original content (excluding fan content and third-party trademarks), features, and functionality are owned by Virus Cards MLBB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang character names, images, and related content are the property of Moonton and are used under fair use for fan purposes.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Top.gg, Discord, PayPal). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access them at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., via the Discord bot or website). By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virus Cards MLBB regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
